Marcia Costa has extensive professional experience spanning various roles in education, tourism, retail, and publishing. Currently serving as the Students Services Manager at ADC College since August 2017, Marcia also works as a Tour Guide and Consultant for Vintage Ireland and Brazil Ireland Tours. Additionally, Marcia holds the position of Operations and Logistics Agent at City Wonders, a role started in May 2016. Previous experience includes positions as a Sales Advisor at Molton Brown and a Sales Consultant at L'Occitane en Provence, where Marcia excelled in customer service and staff training. Earlier in the career, Marcia was an English Language Teacher at Cultura Inglesa and Colégio Everest Internacional, as well as a Senior Writer, Production Supervisor, Team Leader, and Proofreader at Waldyr Lima Editora LTDA from 1990 to 2002.
