Armands Melnis

Armands Melnis has over 10 years of experience in various roles within the transportation industry. Most recently, they serve as the Latvia Head of Fleet at CityBee - Shared Mobility since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Technical Director at Rigas Taksometru parks AS from October 2013 to May 2021. Armands also co-founded SIA Dekonoma and held the position of Co-Founder / Technical Director from September 2011 to December 2013. Before that, they worked as a Corporate Client Manager at Rigas Taksometru parks AS from December 2009 to September 2011. Armands'searly experience includes working as a Sales Manager at SIA Euro Auto from December 2007 to November 2009.

Armands Melnis completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from RISEBA University in the years 2008 to 2013. Armands then pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, which they completed from 2013 to 2015. Later, in the years 2018 to 2020, Armands attended Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) where they received a Master of Engineering degree in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician.
