Mike McMillan Master Black Belt

Mike McMillan is a Master Black Belt with extensive experience in business process improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Business Process Improvement at Cityblock Health, Mike focuses on developing and executing initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies. Previously, Mike held leadership roles at naviHealth, Agilify, Tivity Health, Imperial Chemical Corporation, Solectron, and Panasonic, where contributions included implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, promoting continuous improvement cultures, and achieving significant operational advancements. Mike’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics, both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Additionally, Mike served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps/Reserve, where operational leadership and training were key responsibilities.
