Rafi Cices

Rafi Cices has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2007 and 2008, Rafi worked as a Summer Analyst at Credit Suisse and Capital Health Group, respectively. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Medicare Analyst at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. From 2012 to 2017, Rafi held the position of Senior Business Analyst at Lighthouse Guild. In 2018, they joined CareMount Medical as the Manager of Medicare Operations & Development. Rafi then transitioned to Oscar Health in 2019, where they worked as an Associate Director of Value Capture Strategy and Analytics until March 2022. Starting in April 2022, Rafi became the Head of Risk Adjustment, Coding, and Billing at Cityblock Health. Lastly, in 2016, they co-founded Backlicator and served as the Co-CEO.

Rafi Cices completed a Bachelor's Degree in Finance at Rutgers University- Rutgers Business School in an unspecified year. From 2016 to 2018, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
