Tara McHugh

Tara McHugh serves currently as the Regional Director of Nursing for Cityblock Health since February 2020, having advanced through the ranks from Manager of Nursing and Community Care to Director of Nursing and Community Care. In this role, Tara McHugh supervises RN Care Managers, implements new care programs, and manages Transitions of Care activities within the Massachusetts market. Prior to this, Tara McHugh held the position of Nurse Supervisor at Children's Friend overseeing a home visiting program for first-time mothers, and worked as a Nurse Home Visitor in Florida. Tara McHugh's nursing career began in various clinical roles, which included serving as a Registered Nurse with expertise in hospice care and as a travel nurse. Tara McHugh obtained a Master of Science in Public Health Nursing from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Worcester State University.
