The Operations and Compliance Team at Citycare Property ensures the seamless functioning and legal adherence of our social infrastructure services. This team is responsible for assessing building conditions, managing contracts, coordinating tenders, and ensuring compliance with building warrants of fitness (BWoF) and other regulations. Additionally, they prioritize health and safety protocols across the Northern Region, reinforcing our commitment to being a responsible and sustainable service provider for our communities.
