Otto Lahtinen

Otto Lahtinen is an experienced professional in process improvement and risk management, currently serving as the Interim Team Lead for the Business Process Improvement team at Citycon since October 2020. Previously, Otto held roles as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at EY, where responsibilities included conducting risk-based internal audits and collaborating with international teams. Prior experience also includes positions at PwC Finland focusing on assurance services and occasional teaching assignments in primary education. Otto's educational background includes a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Eastern Finland, along with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Ajou University.
