Craig Neal is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications and infrastructure sector with extensive experience in field service operations and project coordination. Currently serving as a Field Service Supervisor at CityFibre since June 2022, Craig oversees the delivery of fibre connectivity projects, ensuring compliance with contractual standards through site audits. Previously, Craig held positions at Telent Technology Services Ltd, where duties included acting as a customer ambassador and addressing operational challenges by liaising with various stakeholders. Earlier roles at Dynniq UK and Ireland and Imtech Traffic & Infra involved significant contributions to highway projects and network installations.
