Simon Critchlow

Simon Critchlow has extensive experience in IT leadership and project management, currently serving as the Head of IT Business Partnering and Portfolios at CityFibre since June 2018. In this role, Simon leads a team focused on enhancing the relationship between IT and the Customer and Product lines of business. Previous positions include Product Owner, where Simon contributed to business growth by developing customer support systems, and Network Operations Center Manager, overseeing significant network projects. Prior to CityFibre, Simon worked at Ipsen as a Human Resources Project Manager, the Department for Work and Pensions as a Product Owner and IT Project Manager, and held various HR roles in the Royal Air Force, including HR Business Partner and HR Recruitment Manager. Simon began as an Electrical Engineer in the Royal Air Force, reflecting a diverse career trajectory supported by a solid educational foundation from Crispin School.
