Tom Whitfield has extensive experience in network operations and software development, currently serving as a NetOps Software Developer on a contract basis at CityFibre since July 2025 and as Managing Director at NetLogic since May 2025. Previous roles include Network Automation Engineer at Barclays, Network Engineer at Pulsant, and Network Security Engineer at VirtualArmour, among others, showcasing a solid progression through various engineering positions since beginning career as a Service Desk Analyst at PD Ports. Tom holds a Foundation Degree in Science, Computing (Networking) and additional qualifications in Python programming, supported by a strong educational background including multiple technical certifications.
