Elly Deschamps

Elly Deschamps, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Children's Ministry Resident at Citylight Church since February 2024. Prior to this role, Elly worked at The Institutes from June 2020 to April 2024 as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, contributing to various HR functions. Prior experiences at Sherwin-Williams included roles as HR Specialist in Area and Division Recruitment, and HR Generalist in the Accelerated Development Program, where Elly managed full-cycle recruitment, training, and employee relations for diverse employee populations across several states and locations. Earlier career experience includes working as a Sales Associate at Plato's Closet. Elly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Marketing from Cleveland State University and also studied Marketing, Public Relations, and Film as a Foreign Exchange Student at the University of Sunderland. Proficient in multiple technologies, including Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite, Elly has developed a strong foundation in HR processes and recruitment strategies.
