Tim Shutes

Tim Shutes is an experienced leader in ministry and web development, currently serving as the Executive Pastor at Citylight Church since March 2013. Prior to that, Tim founded the Penns Valley Youth Center and held the position of Pastor for Student Ministry and Worship at Penns Valley Community Church from February 2004 to February 2013. Tim also operated as a freelance web developer specializing in HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Shopify from 2003 to 2012. Tim holds a Bachelor of Musical Arts degree in Music Performance from Penn State University, completed in 2003.
