Risbel Peña has extensive experience in operations and sales within the transportation and logistics sectors. Currently serving as the Last Mile Operations Manager at CityLogin Iberia since December 2021, Risbel is responsible for KPIs control, cost management, risk analysis, and improvement of internal processes. In parallel, since August 2019, Risbel has worked as a Key Account Manager and Sales Agent at IRUBUS SA, focusing on customer relations and sales strategies in passenger transportation. Previous roles include Service Dispatcher and Operations Manager at International Business Limousines SA, Transportation Service Manager at Ares Capital, and Import-Export Agent positions at Italtrader srl and Cubaelectronica. Risbel holds an Engineer's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Universidad Tecnológica de La Habana "José Antonio Echeverría" and a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from ESEM.
