Paul has also served as a Business Consultant for Pure Salons Inc., and held a brief position as Director of Training and Development at GS Labs, where a commitment to creating a quality-focused culture was emphasized. An early career at AAA Supply involved sales and product development, beginning in operational roles. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
