Lizzie Roberts

Lizzie Roberts has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lizzie is currently working as the Director - Strategic Media and Communications at Citypress since February 2021. Prior to this role, Lizzie served as the Head of PR and Media Relations at Alton Towers Resort Operations Ltd. from October 2017 to February 2021.

Before joining Alton Towers, they held various positions at Tesco PLC. Their roles at Tesco included Head of International Communications from January 2017 to October 2017, Broadcast Manager from August 2014 to January 2017, and Media Relations Manager from March 2012 to August 2014.

Lizzie started their career at ITN as a News Editor for London Tonight, where they worked from 2004 to 2012. Lizzie also had a role as a Strategic Planner at both Mirror Group Newspapers from 1998 to 2000 and News International from 1996 to 1998.

Lizzie Roberts attended Cambridge University from 1993 to 1996, where they completed their BA (Hons) in Social & Political Science. Lizzie later pursued their PG Dip in Broadcast Journalism at City, University of London from 2002 to 2003.
