Diamela Kodra is an experienced property management and real estate professional with a comprehensive background in the industry. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Akelius Residential Property AB since May 2021, Kodra has also held various roles at City Realty Group since 2017, including Real Estate Agent, VP of Property Management, Senior Property Manager, and Property Manager. Previous experience includes an Assistant Community Manager position at Greystar and a Property Manager/Real Estate Administrator role at Sun Property Group. Kodra began in the industry as a Real Estate Sales Professional at Nextgen Realty and has a diverse background that includes roles in billing and supervision at Quirk Auto Dealers and Roche Bros. Supermarkets, respectively. Kodra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Suffolk University.
