Jacob Simmons

Jacob Simmons has extensive experience in project management within the real estate sector, currently serving as Vice President of Project Management at City Realty Group since May 2015. In this role, Jacob Simmons manages zoning approval and permitting processes for multifamily and mixed-use development projects, having previously held positions as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Prior to this, Jacob Simmons worked as an Acquisitions Associate, overseeing a pipeline of real estate purchase deals. Jacob Simmons began their career with an internship at Massey Knakal Realty Services, where assistance was provided in the retail leasing division. An alumnus of Clark University, Jacob Simmons completed studies from 2012 to 2016.
