Elda M. Rojas has a strong background in education and administration. Elda M. currently serves as the Chief Academic Officer and Deputy Superintendent at Cityscape Schools since February 2019. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director of Multilingual Programs at Fort Worth ISD from September 2016 to February 2019. Elda M. also worked as the Director of Newcomer, ESL, and World Languages Programs at Dallas Independent School District from November 2012 to October 2015, and as the Title III Coordinator for Bil/ESL/Migrant Education at Irving Independent School District from April 2006 to December 2012.

Elda M. Rojas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Harvard University. Elda M. also has a Master of Education degree in Bilingual/ESL from Texas State University.
