Lina Alarcon

Lina Alarcon currently serves as the Director of Operations (DOO) at Cityscape Schools, a role assumed in August 2023. As the Founder and Bilingual Consultant of ABC Bilingual Group since August 2014, Lina has also held various leadership positions within Uplift Education, including Regional Manager and Operations Director, from March 2020 to November 2022. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Director at Primrose Schools, Director at Early Childhood Centers, and coordinating preschool programs at International Leadership of Texas. With a background in teaching at Dallas Independent School District and special education roles at Uplift Education, Lina's career began in Colombia, where bilingual teaching and curriculum development were key responsibilities. Lina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education from Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia and a MicroMasters in Design Thinking from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
