Jacob Simon

Jacob Simon is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in network engineering and management. Currently serving as the Chief Network Officer at Cityside Networks since January 2023, Jacob previously held the position of CTO at Utah Broadband from September 2018 to December 2021 and was the Director of Technology at Spears Learning Center from March 2017 to August 2018. Additionally, Jacob served as Business Manager and Chief Technology Officer at Gain Behavior during the same period. Notable earlier roles include Senior Vice President of Network Engineering at ION Media Networks and Chief Technology Officer at Bermuda CableVision, where Jacob led the design and implementation of advanced DOCSIS technologies. Beginning a career in network engineering at Charter Communications from March 2000 to October 2006, Jacob coordinated the planning and maintenance of cable modem broadband networks.
