Mandy has worked in the public sector for over 15 years and has overseen complex financial budgets and programs. She has served in leadership positions for the City of Dallas, as Third Tier Executive over Finance and Contracts for the Dallas Police Department and Assistant Director over Administration and Consumer Health for the Department of Code Compliance. She has extensive experience in finding ways to streamline operations and implement efficiencies to reduce costs and provide better performance.

Mandy joined CitySquare in February of 2019. As Chief Administrative Officer for CitySquare, she oversees technology, procurement, contract management, policies and procedures, facilities maintenance, housing operations, asset management, and Human Resources.

Mandy graduated magna cum laude with a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Social Work from Abilene Christian University.
