Caroline Lawless

Caroline Lawless started their career in 2006 as a Customer Service & Tech Support representative for irishtimes.com. Caroline then went on an around the world trip from 2006 to 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Marketing Executive and then as a Digital Research & Customer Relations Executive for irishtimes.com. In 2009, they joined Clang Creatives as a Creator until 2012. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Sales & Administration Executive for Irish Times Training. Caroline then became a Key Account Manager - Operations at Irish Times Training from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, Caroline joined LearnUpon as a Digital Marketer and then proceeded to take on various roles such as Marketing Manager, Content Marketing Manager, and Senior Content Marketing Manager. From 2022 to 2023, they served as the Director, Content Marketing at LearnUpon. Caroline'smost recent role is as the Director of Content at CitySwift, a position they have held since 2023.

Caroline Lawless has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Multimedia from Dublin City University, which they obtained between the years 2001 and 2005. Caroline furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Cyberpsychology at IADT from 2012 to 2014. In 2020, Lawless attended the College of Management and IT (CMIT) where they studied Team Leadership and earned a QQI qualification.
