Tom's career began in network administration and technical support, evolving through roles as IT Manager and ICT Manager, with significant contributions to organizations such as the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (HK) and Discovery College. Tom holds a Master of Business Administration from Salem University and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Software Engineering from the University of South Wales, along with numerous educational credentials from esteemed institutions.
