Operations Team

The Operations Team at CityVet is responsible for streamlining and overseeing the day-to-day activities across their network of veterinary practices. This includes optimizing clinic efficiency, ensuring consistent quality of pet care, implementing best practices, and supporting veterinarians and staff in delivering exceptional client service. Led by the Vice President Operations and Chief Operating Officer, the team also includes Regional Operations Managers who focus on the performance and operational success of practices in their specific regions.
