Ray Keating is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager Inside Plant Operations at CityWest since January 2024, Ray previously held significant roles at TELUS from 2011 to January 2024, including Operations Manager for Network Engineering and Operations and Manager of Field Support for National Business Delivery. Ray's responsibilities at TELUS included overseeing a team of Network Technicians and ensuring network stability across the Central Interior and Peace regions of British Columbia. Prior to TELUS, Ray worked at Northwestel in various managerial positions and began a career in the telecommunications sector as an Account Executive and Assistant Manager at Northwestel. Ray holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Prince Edward Island and has also studied at St. Thomas University.
