Steven's foundational experience includes datacom technical sales at companies like Legrand and Panduit, where design and infrastructure solutions for data centers were provided. Steven holds a Diploma in Computer Networking and Technical Support from Seneca Polytechnic and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Vietnam National University. Additional qualifications include Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) and a track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex technical projects across multiple organizations.
