Andrea Waters

Andrea is an experienced Non-Executive Director, accountant and auditor. She is an FCA and an accredited facilitator of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

She is a former audit partner with KPMG and is currently a Non-Executive Director of MyState Limited, Bennelong Funds Management Group, Grant Thornton Australia Limited and the Colonial Foundation.

Andrea was previously a Director of Cash Converters Limited, CareSuper, Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand, Lord Mayor's Charitable Foundation and Cancer Council Victoria.
