Mark Gerardi has extensive work experience in operations and manufacturing management. Mark started their career at Cooper Industries as a Manufacturing Manager for the Socket/Wrench Business Unit, where they oversaw a $15 million product line and managed a team of Manufacturing Engineers and Supervisors.
Mark then moved on to INVOTEC Engineering, Inc., where they served as the Manager of Engineering & Operations, responsible for managing resources and activities for a custom machine builder. Mark also took on additional roles as the Plant Safety Director and Quality Management Representative.
After that, Gerardi worked as a Manufacturing Manager at AcuTemp, where they managed plant operations for the production of mobile refrigerator/freezers. Mark successfully relocated the manufacturing operations to a new facility without disrupting customer service.
Most recently, Gerardi worked at OPW Fueling Components, where they held two roles: Operations Manager and Director of Operations. As the Operations Manager, they managed the day-to-day operations of the machining/assembly, maintenance, and toolroom teams. Mark built an exceptional leadership team that improved overall operational performance. Later, as the Director of Operations, they led the Operations and Logistics teams, achieving operational excellence in areas such as on-time delivery, fill rate, and lead time reduction. Mark also significantly reduced inventory.

Mark Gerardi has a Master's Degree in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University. Mark also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University. In addition to their formal education, Mark has also obtained certifications including a 6 Sigma Green Belt from Sinclair Community College and a Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME).
