Matzi Shilo

Matzi Shilo is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in technical buying, purchasing management, and logistics. Currently serving as a Technical Buyer at Civan Lasers since August 2018, Matzi has a proven track record in negotiations with national and international suppliers, management of subcontractors, and the transition from development to production. Previous roles include Purchase positions at Bio-Lab and Rotem, where consistent improvements and cost savings were achieved in the purchasing departments. Additionally, Matzi held the position of Purchase & Logistic Domain Manager at Dnr Bio Imaging Systems and Buyer at BAE Systems, where outstanding contributions earned recognition as an Outstanding Employee. Matzi holds a degree from Bar-Ilan University, completed between 2001 and 2003.
