Shay Agai is a skilled customer service specialist and system integration engineer with extensive experience in system installation, maintenance, and project management. Currently employed at Civan Lasers since November 2018, Shay also contributes to new product introduction and oversees the training of technicians. Previously, a system integration technician for the Israeli Air Force from May 2012 to May 2015, Shay specialized as an avionics technician for the F16i. Shay holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Jerusalem College of Engineering, earned between 2015 and 2019.
