Claudine M. Jelier is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in hospitality and group sales. Currently serving as the Sales Director at CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa since January 2023, Claudine specializes in strategic brand partnerships, corporate retreats, and mindful meetings. Prior roles include Contract Group Sales at Amara Resort & Spa, contributing to its recognition as one of the “Best Hotels” by Condé Nast Traveler, and Director of Sales for Worldwide Accounts at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts. Claudine's earlier experience features a National Sales Manager position at Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa, where significant development was achieved in the SMERF market, as well as an Area Sales Manager role at Wyndham International. Claudine holds a BS in Hospitality/Sales and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
