Dheekshita Kumar

Dheekshita Kumar is a Co-Founder and CEO of CivCheck, leading a groundbreaking platform that enhances plan review and code compliance for permitting processes since April 2023. Previously, Dheekshita held significant roles at MathWorks as a Program Manager and Engineer, and served as Co-Founder and President, as well as Chief Operating Officer at CovEducation, driving user growth and operational management. Notable achievements include launching a mentor-pairing platform for low-income students and being a finalist in MassChallenge 2023. Dheekshita has a robust academic background with multiple degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School, complemented by research and teaching experience at various prestigious institutions.
