Dr. Dirk Koehler

Dr. Dirk Koehler has a wealth of experience in the legal field. Dr. Dirk began their career in 2016 as General Counsel for Mambu. In 2017, they became General Counsel, Advisor & Mentor for leAD Sports Accelerator. Dr. Dirk then held the role of General Counsel (on demand) for BerlinValue in 2016, offering legal, operations and business strategic advice, company growth and expansion support, transaction support, legal management services, process optimization, digital transformation projects, data privacy officer services, and full service approach for inbound investments to Berlin. In 2019, they became General Counsel (on demand) / Advisor & Mentor for KITCHENTOWN Berlin. In 2020, they were a Legal Advisor for UFOstart. In 2021, they held the role of General Counsel (on demand) for CoachHub - The digital coaching platform and General Counsel for SKYROADS - a D3 Technologies Brand. Finally, in 2022, they became General Counsel (on demand) for Civey and Dreamlines GmbH.

Dr. Dirk Koehler completed their Doctorate in Law at the University of Lucerne between 2002 and 2004. From 1994 to 1999, they attended the Humboldt University of Berlin, where they earned their State Exam in Law. From 2014 onward, they have been a Lecturer at the FORUM Institut für Management GmbH in Heidelberg, focusing on Law & Management.
