Judy Loveless-Morris, PhD, SPHR, has extensive experience in equity, diversity, and inclusion across various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Committee Member for the Black Home Initiative at Civic Commons and a Commissioner for the City of Tacoma, Judy fosters community engagement and supports equitable homeownership. As the Chair of the Research Committee for the Nursing Care Quality Assurance Commission, Judy enhances nursing quality in Washington State. In a senior leadership capacity at Salal Credit Union, Judy oversees HR and strategic planning. Additionally, Judy has a history of impactful consulting work and educational leadership, including Vice President for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Tacoma Community College and roles at Clover Park Technical College. Judy holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Washington and has been recognized for advancing equitable outcomes in education while actively contributing to community organizations.
