Daniel Kay

Daniel Kay, PE has a background in civil engineering and has held various roles in the engineering and construction industry. Currently, Daniel serves as the Executive Vice President of Engineering & Construction at Civic Communities, a company focused on community and economic development. Prior to this, Daniel was the Executive Vice President at Civic San Diego, a non-profit organization involved in redevelopment projects. Daniel also has experience working as an Associate Engineer at Otay Water District and Nolte Associates. Daniel started their career at PK Excavation as a Project Manager, Estimator, Operator, and Laborer. Daniel earned their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University.
