Kimberley is a passionate, strategic and operational Human Resources Professional with experience working across a broad range of industries including aged care, disability, design and build, technology, retail, food manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods.

Kimberley’s expertise includes partnering with the Executive Team, Senior Managers and all other stakeholders to spearhead HR best practice and align the HR agenda to the overall business strategy whilst ensuring Leaders and the larger workforce are living their values, are aligned with their culture and are capable of delivering on business objectives.
