Kimberly Rathmanner is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Treasurer on the Board of Kindred since November 2023. With a strong background in finance and governance, Kimberly has held various leadership roles at Civic Disability Services Limited since September 2019, including General Manager of Finance and Company Secretary. Previous positions include Financial Controller and Finance Manager at Fresh Produce Group from April 2011 to August 2019, and Senior Financial & Tax Accountant at Johnson Controls from February 2007 to March 2011. Kimberly's early career includes a role as Senior Accountant at HLB Mann Judd from January 2002 to January 2007. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Certificate in Governance for Not-for-Profits from the Governance Institute of Australia, and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney. Additionally, Kimberly holds a qualification as a Justice of the Peace in New South Wales.
