Ryan Ricard

Ryan Ricard is currently the Head of Engineering at Plural, where they lead a globally-distributed team focused on enhancing legislative transparency. With experience as a Software Development Manager at DelaGet, LLC, and having held various engineering roles at Plural, Macro Group, and Thomson Reuters, Ryan has cultivated a strong foundation in software development, particularly in C# and Python. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas, where they also served as a Peer Adviser. Through their work, Ryan is dedicated to fostering an environment of trust and respect within engineering teams.
