Maria Moore possesses extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on member experience and operational excellence. Currently serving as SVP of Member Experience at Civic Federal Credit Union, Maria leads strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and technology integration from December 2023 to August 2025. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Coastal Credit Union, ranging from VP of Operational Process Improvement Programs to AVP of Teller Center, spanning nearly a decade from March 2015 to November 2023. Maria's earlier positions include Regional Loss Prevention Associate at PNC and Client Care Manager at RBC Bank, showcasing a diverse skill set in customer service and operational management. Maria holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Meredith College, earned in January 2002.
