Victor Tomlinson

Victor Tomlinson, CSPO, CSM, currently serves as a Business System Analyst at Civic Federal Credit Union since April 2023. Prior to this role, Victor worked as a Business Analyst at Langley Federal Credit Union from March 2016 to April 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating stakeholder discussions, gathering technology requirements, and implementing system changes. Victor also held the position of Genesys Dialer Administrator/Analyst, focusing on SQL data queries and call center strategy, as well as serving as Collections Call Center Manager, where leadership in system implementations was key. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Property Manager at Drucker + Falk, LLC, from January 2014 to March 2016, managing property operations and legal processes.
