Gregg Kennedy

Gregg Kennedy is a seasoned professional in the investment real estate sector, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Sales at CIVIC Financial Services since July 2023. Previously, Kennedy held the position of Managing Director at Roc360 from August 2020 to June 2023, where over $2.5 billion was originated for real estate investors nationwide. A long tenure at Christie's International Real Estate from January 2002 to June 2023 as a Sales Associate focused on investment real estate sales complements earlier experience as an Account Executive at Anchor Loans LP and a Private Client Advisor at J.P. Morgan, which involved portfolio and wealth management, real estate lending, and originating over $1 billion to real estate investors nationwide. Kennedy earned two Master’s degrees in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University between 2005 and 2008.
