Daniel Kelleher

Daniel Kelleher is currently the VP of Engineering at Civic Technologies. Prior to that, they served as Scrum Master and Dev-Ops Engineer at Civic from March 2016 to August 2016. Before that, they worked as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Westernacher Solutions AG from February 2014 to January 2018.

Kelleher has extensive experience with a variety of technologies, including Javascript, Meteor, Mocha, Chimp, Webdriver, Cucumber, Jira, Git, AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3), and Codeship. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, they also gained experience with AngularJS, Karma, Jasmine, Grunt, Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, REST, Tomcat, JUnit, Mockito, Atlassian (Bamboo, Jira), Git, Gradle, SAML, J2EE, Oracle, and JPA.

In their current role as VP of Engineering at Civic Technologies, Kelleher is responsible for leading the engineering team and overseeing all engineering initiatives. Daniel is also responsible for establishing the CI environment, build server, automatic deployment, unit and integration tests, and browser compatibility tests.

Daniel Kelleher holds a PhD in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin, a Postgraduate Diploma in Statistics from Trinity College Dublin, and a BA Mod. in Computer Science, Linguistics, French from Trinity College Dublin. Daniel is also certified as an Oracle Certified Master Java SE Developer and an Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer.
