Eli Allen

Eli Allen is the Senior Program Director at Civic Works. With a background in environmental and sustainability initiatives, Eli has held various roles within the organization, including Director of the Center for Sustainable Careers and Director of Retrofit Baltimore and New Initiatives. Prior to joining Civic Works, Eli worked as a Honors Paralegal at the U.S. Department of Justice and as a Green Projects Development Coordinator at Civic Works. Additionally, Eli has experience as a Delegate at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and as a Community Outreach Associate at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Eli holds a Bachelor of Arts in the College of Social Studies from Wesleyan University.
