Katherine Gravante

Katherine Gravante currently serves as the Strategic Initiatives Manager at Civic Works, Inc., and previously held multiple roles in program and operations at Improving Education from July 2017 to July 2023, where responsibilities included developing infrastructure for community engagement. At Habitat for Humanity Capital District, roles included Community Research Coordinator, where Katherine developed metrics to assess the impact of Habitat houses, and Project Coordinator for Women Build Week, organizing events to address the housing crisis. Additional experience includes coordinating projects for Emmaus Ministry to assist homeless populations, managing the Siena Girl Scouts program at Siena College, and supervising children in summer programs at the Town of Onondaga Parks and Recreation Department.
