Lauren Averella

Lauren Averella is the Senior Director of Elder Services at Civic Works. Lauren has a wide range of experience in the customer service industry, having worked as a hostess at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from June 2018 to March 2020. In this role, they were responsible for greeting guests, seating them at tables, and obtaining and delivering room service orders. Lauren also has experience making reservations via Ipad and Yelp. In their current role at Civic Works, they are responsible for overseeing the organization's programs and services for seniors.
