Emma McQuillan

Emma McQuillan currently serves as the NHS Payroll Development Manager at Civica, a position held since December 2020. Prior to this, Emma worked at Equiniti in various roles, including NHS Continuous Improvement Manager and NHS Payroll Manager, focusing on staff training and payroll management. Emma's experience includes a role as Specialist Recruitment Consultant at MCS Group, and previously led the payroll team at Royal Surrey County Hospital. Emma began their career at Equiniti as a Payroll Controller after starting as a data prep assistant. Educational qualifications include a Practitioners Certificate in Payroll Processing from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and a Diploma in Professional Administration from Belfast Institute of Higher Education, among others.
