Julia Teixeira

Julia Teixeira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electoral management and business development. Currently serving as the External Delivery Manager in the Local Authority Team at Civica Election Services since October 2019, Julia leads project delivery for over 125 clients, notably overseeing major electoral events. Prior roles at Civica include Senior Consultant and Consultant, where Julia managed complex projects for local authorities and enhanced internal processes. Julia's earlier experience includes positions at the Westminster Foundation for Democracy as Business Development and Elections Manager and at the Overseas Development Institute, where Julia supported significant development projects. Julia holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Studies from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Affairs from Northeastern University.
