Paula Ridd

Paula Ridd is a seasoned professional in the healthcare and technology sectors with extensive experience in strategic management and operations. Currently serving as Strategy Director for Health and Care at Civica since March 2023, Paula previously held the position of General Manager at Altera Digital Health UK from May 2022 to March 2023, and also at Allscripts from November 2015 to May 2022, where responsibilities included implementation, delivery, and service management. Paula’s earlier career at CSC from 1998 to October 2015 encompassed various roles, such as Head of Global Product Management for Healthcare and Life Sciences and Deployment Programme Manager, with significant involvement in the NHS and Lorenzo deployment initiatives. Paula holds educational qualifications from Leeds Beckett University and Lytham St. Annes High School.
