Prior to this role, Em Wilson held various positions in technical recruiting and corporate recruitment, achieving notable accomplishments such as becoming the #2 recruiter at Randstad Technologies US and successfully managing high-volume hiring events at Erie Home. Em Wilson also has extensive experience as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach at Emilee Wilson Health, supporting clients of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels.
