Martina Nikic

Martina Nikic began their career in 2019 as a Software Engineer at Adaptive Technology, where they designed and developed an interface which actualized a user's gaze data captured by eye tracking hardware in real time. Martina also quickly learned how to operate new hardware and software and enhanced applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations and designing and implementing systems. In 2021, Martina joined CivicEye as a Junior Software Engineer. CivicEye delivers modern, easy-to-use cloud software for law enforcement and prosecutors that helps to enhance daily workflows and improve community outcomes. Martina also held Software Support and Software Engineer roles at the company.

Martina Nikic attended Motlow State Community College from 2015 to 2017 and earned an Associate of Science in Computer Science. Martina then continued their education at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2017 to 2019, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
